1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to JimCleaner, including its employees, contractors, and representatives.
  • “Customer” refers to any individual or business that books our cleaning services.
  • “Services” refers to all cleaning solutions provided by JimCleaner, including office cleaning, medical facility cleaning, school cleaning, industrial cleaning, and other commercial cleaning services.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Customers can book our services online, via phone, or email.
  • A booking is confirmed only after we receive full or partial payment as required.
  • Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other accepted online payment methods.
  • Additional charges may apply for special cleaning requests or urgent services.
  • Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe; late payments may incur penalties.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the total service cost.
  • If our team is unable to access the property due to the customer’s absence, a call-out fee may apply.
  • JimCleaner reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, staff illness, or equipment failure) with prior notice.

4. Service Guarantee & Liability

  • We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please report any issues within 24 hours, and we will attempt to rectify the issue at no extra charge.
  • JimCleaner is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused due to the use of incorrect cleaning products before our service.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service; we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide safe and secure access to the premises at the agreed service time.
  • Customers must inform us of any fragile, valuable, or special-care items before the cleaning service starts.
  • Any hazardous materials, biohazards, or unsafe conditions must be disclosed to our team before the service.
  • JimCleaner reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if proper access is not provided.

6. Health & Safety

  • Our cleaners follow strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products wherever possible to maintain a healthy workspace.
  • If any area contains harmful chemicals, mold, or hazardous waste, the customer must notify us before service, and additional charges may apply.
  • Our team has the right to terminate a cleaning session if working conditions pose a risk to their health or safety.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data collected (e.g., name, address, and payment details) will only be used for providing cleaning services and internal record-keeping.
  • We do not share customer details with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Force Majeure

  • JimCleaner is not liable for service delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including:
  • Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, storms)
  • Power failures, internet outages, or technical malfunctions
  • Strikes, riots, or government-imposed restrictions
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies

9. Damage & Breakages

  • While we take utmost care in delivering our services, accidental damage may occur.
  • If any damage is caused by our staff, it must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for assessment.
  • JimCleaner will not be responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, poor installation, or structural weaknesses.

10. Complaints & Disputes

  • If you have concerns about our services, contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.
  • We will investigate complaints promptly and offer a reasonable resolution when applicable.
  • If a dispute remains unresolved, it may be referred to an independent mediator or legal body.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
